The Shift Work Schedule is a free calendar and work shift schedule widget. This application offers a simple yet elegant shift calendar and widget that displays your work shift pattern. It can be utilized for various professions such as firefighters, Walmart employees, or nurses.
With the Shift Work Calendar app, you can immediately choose from a list of pre-loaded work shift patterns. In the event that your work shift does not align with any of these patterns, you have the option to create and use a custom shift pattern instead.
Once you select your specific shift pattern, the app will automatically highlight the corresponding days of your work week. This feature allows you to easily determine if you are working on a specific date and plan your schedule accordingly.
It is important to note that once you have selected your shift pattern, individual days cannot be edited separately (e.g. overtime).
In addition to its calendar functionality, this app also provides a useful search feature that allows you to quickly check if you are scheduled to work on a particular day. Furthermore, it offers customization options for the app's appearance, including the background.
This application comes with a sleek and translucent calendar widget. Even if you do not work shifts, it can be used as a simplistic calendar widget on your main screen or lock screen (available for Android version 4.2 and above).
